Method of use:
Tea: pour 1 teaspoon of bark with 250 ml of boiling water and let it brew for 10 minutes. It is strained. Drink 250 ml 1-3 times a day.
The drink has a strong smell of juniper (that's why catuaba is also called Brazilian juniper) and a bitter taste, with a pronounced woody note. To remove some of the bitterness, cathuaba can be boiled in milk or cream, or added to mate or lapacho.
Store in a dry place, at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of small children.
