Alcohol tincture (1:10) - 30 g of roots are poured with 300 ml of alcohol for 14 days. It is taken 2-3 times a day for 1 tsp. from extract, dissolved in a glass of water, half an hour before meals. Water extract: 1 teaspoon is poured with 250 ml of boiling water for 60 minutes. The dose is for the day. Store in a dry place, at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
